Note that the massage techniques that Dr. Dana Michaels tends to use often start with a brief light period and then proceeds to involves manipulating muscles and other soft tissues, pressure point stimulation, lymph drainage with stronger pressures that can cause mild soreness for 1-2 days. Sore is much better then thigh and ridged, however Dr. Dana offers remedies to curb discomfort.
